a little gift

Stopped by to watch the Troopers practice today but before that I stopped at O&H Danish Bakery and bought enough kringle to give the whole corp a little taste of Racine for desert tonight. The woman working in the chuck wagon lives almost 2000 miles from here but she knew exactly what they were. I was amazed. I told her they were in memory of my friend Bill Adamski who played baritone with me in the scouts before he went on to the Troopers in 68. Bill went into the Marine corp later and played under Col Truman Crawford in the USMC Drum and Bugle corp before his life was cut short by a traffic accident.

Here's a man who walks the walk.

Not just talks the talk.

He buys something for the kids instead of just getting mileage out of it for bozos (aka. BozoJC)

Good for you, Mike. You are one of the good guys.

Yes you are, Mike. Kringle? The girls are in MN and they brought me some Kringle.
Great thought, Mike. I echo my pictures sentiment.
