Am I the only one who is amazed at all this santification of Gerald Ford? Doesn't anyone out there remember 21-22% inflation? How about the lame "WIP" (whip inflation now) campaign? The man was an ineffective president who never made a splash before being tapped to replace the disgraced Spiro Agnew.
He was a president.(unelected)
He was fairly honest.
He's dead.
