While this hardly made a ripple on national news it was and is a big story in Wisconsin. A twenty year old man (yes you are a man at twenty) goes to a party at three in the morning and kills 6 people. By the way, he was a deputy sheriff and part time city cop. It was some sort of homecoming party. OK, it is a tragic event but what no one will ask except me is this.
One of the victims was a fourteen year old girl. What the hell is a fourteen year old girl doing at a party with 18-20 year old men and women at 3 in the morning???????? Sounds similar to the "all age is all good" drum corps mantra your hear spouted on DCP and other places.

Good points, Mike. But like an intersection without a stoplight, no one DOES anything about it until a fatal accident occurs.
DCI will not wake up and separate itself from that dangerous environment until tragedy occurs.
And it will. It most certainly will.....
I unsubscribed from their updates this morning. I think they are more interested in the almighty buck than anyone's safety or well-being. But the good news, they are getting a pittance from me in ticket sales. A mere fraction of what they got the last ten years (while Andy marched). Oh, I feel so good about that........
