Observations

16 dead deer, 4 dead possums, 1 dead racoon, 1 dead skunk, 1 dead cooler, 3 dead plastic buckets, one dead boat. That was the road kill totals for our trip "up north" this past weekend. Saturdays performance was good, Mondays was exceptional. The pre-show music had them in tears for the "Navy Hymn" and "Taps". Eleanor had them laughing at her jokes and crying talking about her war experiences. Afterwards a woman rolled her wheel chair up and told us she had twelve brothers serving in WWII. All survived the war, Incredible, shows the power of prayer.
In two weeks we hit the road again for Springfield Ill and Mary Todd.

Did you go fishing, Sunday?

Jim had no luck in catching the elusive "Mr. Bass" on Saturday.

I got in a little, weather sucked, no bites. Did find a nice car show in Tomahawk and it was free.

I went fishing on Sunday. Caught some sunnies, nothing else. The road kill count would make Grannys day.
